Please
read the following carefully if you have a complaint about a case-study or other
content hosted at The Hot Mommas® Project (“HMP”) website. Some general points:

Before
contacting us, please consider contacting the author of the case-study directly
if you take issue with their content.
This will often work to resolve an issue immediately without involving us (or
worse, lawyers). You can contact
case-study authors via the Contact Author link on their case-study.

We take
complaints seriously, but please be aware that unless a case study or other
content clearly violates our
Terms of Service we won’t disable or remove it from our server.

Below
are the official ways to contact us for various issues. Emails, voice mails, etc. that are sent
elsewhere will not get the desired response.
Copyright violations
If one
of our case-studies features content that is owned by you (and you did not
authorize your content to be published in the case-study in question), please
use our DMCA reporting process. We respond to all
properly formatted DMCA complaints.
Racist,
sexist, hate group or other offensive material
Case-studies and case writers that attack a specific person or group of people (e.g. racist, sexist, or other hate groups) will not be tolerated. If you find such defamatory, abusive,
threatening or offensive content in a case-study or somewhere else on the HMP
website, you can report it to
support@hotmommasproject.org and such content will be reviewed and removed
from our servers.
Spam
case-studies
Please
report case-studies containing spam to
support@hotmommasproject.org
and such content will be reviewed and removed from our servers.
Mature
content
Please
report case-studies containing mature content (sexually explicit, domestic
violence, etc) to
support@hotmommasproject.org. Mature
content is welcome on HMP, but we will mark them in our system.
